Only 3 pillows per bed, not enough counter space!!! A second chair would help avoid arguments!!! No working fan in the bathroom is a major oversight!!!

I had a decent stay at Tru By Hilton in Liverpool. The room felt clean, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the design had a fun, colorful vibe that was quite inviting. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. it was quite good, with a range of options available and a pleasant staff member helping out. However, I faced some issues with room service. I requested extra pillows and blankets during my stay, but despite multiple reminders, they never arrived. The location is nice and quiet, perfect for resting. But the service was a letdown, especially since I had to inquire multiple times about my additional requests.

Breakfast had a solid spread, and it was cool to have a pancake machine. Just a slight bummer about the lack of a microwave in the room for late-night snacks.

Just spent a night here and we were really impressed! The beds were super comfy, and the whole place felt fresh and clean. I loved the gym—way better than most hotel ones! The breakfast spread was solid with yummy pancakes and helpful staff. Just wish there were more dining options nearby.
